Lucy did an apprenticeship as a chemical lab technician in a scientific research environment. Afterwards, she worked in a start-up company in the field of electrochemistry, from where she then joined the Greber group as a technical staff. After working in this position for a few years, she took over the position as the Lab Manager in the beginning of 2023.
