“Detective of cells’ social life and nature lover”
My work aims to unravel general principles of tubular network remodeling during organogenesis and pathological conditions, by developing multidimensional in vivo imaging approaches coupled to advanced genetic manipulations.
I currently investigate how progenitor cells self-organize in the zebrafish liver to give rise to a functional organ architecture, with a focus on how the hepato-biliary ductal system assembles.
